Our delivery rates are determined by the destination postal code. Fees and availability can be
checked during checkout by entering your pin code.

DELIVERY PARTNER

We partner with trusted third-party couriers to deliver your orders.

SERVICE LOCATIONS

Delivery is available only to locations listed in our database. To confirm service availability in
your area, simply input your pin code on the product details page.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery timelines are provided in good faith and are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Minimum delivery timeline: 2–3 business days
  • Maximum delivery timeline: 7–10 business days

Actual delivery time may vary based on your location, courier capacity, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer international delivery currently.

DELAYS AND COMPENSATION

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we will credit 10% of the product price
to your wallet for future purchases.

MISSED DELIVERIES & REATTEMPTS

If our delivery agent is unable to complete the delivery due to:

  • Unreachable phone number
  • Customer not available
  • Incorrect/Incomplete address

Then:

A second and final delivery attempt will be made within the next 1-2 business days. If the second attempt also fails, the order maybe cancelled automatically.

Rescheduling may be available upon request, and may involve additional delivery charges.

We recommend keeping your phone switched on and being available during the estimated delivery time.
