Exchange Policy: Terms and conditions Applied
At Style in Bling, you can seamlessly exchange products. We offer instant exchanges on new orders if the items are not as described, damaged or defective products. You can also request an exchange if you changed your mind, experience late delivery or receive wrong item. Our no-hassle return policy allows you to exchange items within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility and Process:
- Exchanges are only available for eligible products.
- To ensure a smooth exchange process, please keep the original packaging and attached tags.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email, is required for exchanges.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Contact our support team by filling out our online form.
- You can also reach us via email at support@styleinbling.com.
- Exchanges can also be submitted directly through your account.
- Go to My Orders, select the relevant order, click Exchange, and choose the product or variant you would like to receive.
- If the new item is priced higher, you will be required to pay the difference. If it is priced lower, the remaining amount will be credited to your wallet.
- Please provide the reason for your exchange request. For damaged or defective items, make sure to attach clear photos and videos as evidence.
- Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by our team and either approved or rejected based on our policy.
- After approval, a new order will automatically be created in your account.
- When the pickup agent arrives, kindly hand over the original product.
